高效液相色谱法测定饮料中γ-氨基丁酸含量的不确定度评定

摘要 根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的原理与方法,建立了高效液相色法测定饮料中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的测量不确定度评定的数学模型。对数学模型中各不确定度分量的来源进行分析、量化和合成。当取样量为2.0g时,其测定的γ-氨基丁酸的含量为13.74±0.38mg/L。最终结果的不确定度主要由最小二乘法拟合标准曲线、标准溶液配制、样品处理过程中回收率及样品重复测定引起的。整体评定方法清晰合理,能为实验室在该物质检测过程中进一步提高检测数据的可靠性和一致性提供参考。 Based on JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model was established to assess the uncertainty of analyzing γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in beverages by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Factors contributing to the uncertainty were analyzed,quantified and synthesized. The expanded uncertainty of GABA determination for 2.0g of samples was 0.38mg/L.The results showed that the uncertainty of measurement was mainly caused by the standard curve fitting by least square method,preparation of standard solution,recovery of sample during processing and the repeat detection of the sample. The evaluation method is clear and reasonable,which can provide a reference for the laboratory to further improve the reliability and consistency of the test data in GABA testing process.
