摘要
我国在电网投资和电力系统基础设施的建设方面比较注重电能的输送,而对电力网络的建设、规划和电力配送等方面关注度明显不足。针对当前城乡配电网规划过程中一直存在配电网规划所需能耗较高的问题,提出基于低碳约束的配电网规划方法。构建含低碳约束的配电网定容选址模型,并给出了相应的低碳约束条件;并根据模型计算出最优解,实现对配电网规划。通过实验分析发现,采用基于低碳约束对配电网规划方法时,其可靠性与经济性相比传统方法均有一定的提高,再和工程实践的结合度方面较为紧密,实用性和可操作性较强,可保证配电网的稳定运行,相比传统方法电网损耗率降低了1.64%。
In our country, the construction of power grid investment and the construction of power system infrastructure pay more attention to the transmission of electric power, and the construction of power network, planning and distribution of power and so on. Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption in the planning of urban and rural distribution network, the distribution network planning method based on low carbon constraint is proposed. This paper constructs the model of the fixed capacity location model of distribution network with low carbon constraint, and gives the corresponding low carbon constraint conditions. The experimental results show that based on the low carbon constraint on the distribution network planning method, its reliability and economy have improved compared with the tra- ditional method, and then the combination of engineering practice more closely, practicability and maneuverability, can guarantee the stable operation of the distribution network, compared with the traditional methods of power loss rate reduced by 1.64%.
