摘要
建立热轧GM厚度控制模型并分析厚度控制中的噪声,采用卡尔曼滤波器来克服测量噪声和控制噪声对GM厚度控制的影响,并通过工程应用对比常规GM厚度控制,验证了卡尔曼滤波器在热轧GM厚度控制中的有效作用。
For hot rolling GM thickness control model and analyze the noise of the thickness control, kalman filter is used to overcome the measurement noise and noise control for GM, the influence of thickness control and through comparing conventional GM thickness control engineering application, verify the kalman filter in the hot rolling GM thickness control effectively.
