摘要
为了有效改善电力系统的供电质量水平和配电网络的管控能力,针对当前配电网电能质量监控精度低、用时长、治理方法落后、缺乏相应的辅助工具等现实问题,提出基于一体化电网电能质量数据采集平台的监控方法研究。首先分析了配电网电能质量监控的原理,介绍了智能监测系统的构成;分别提取配电系统智能监控的三个特征识别参量,即配电网电压跌落分量、系统电压的闪变分量及波动、及由于不同幅值和频率产生的正弦波分量;最后基于电力通信、智能计算机网络监控系统等技术,实现对配电网络电能质量的智能监控、全面分析和综合决策。试验证明,采用改进方法相比传统方法监控精度提高了约58.83%,具有一定的有效性。
In order to improve the quality of power supply and distribution network control ability,in view of the current power quahty monitoring of low precision, a long time, management methods behind the lack of corresponding AIDS and other practical problems, put forward the quality data collection platform monitoring method research based on the integration of power grid. Firstly, the power quality monitoring principle analysis, introduces the composition of intelligent monitoring system; three features were extracted from the identification parameter distribution system of intelligent monitoring, namely the distribution of grid voltage component, system voltage flicker and fluctuation, and the sinusoidal component components with different amplitude and frequency generated;based on power com- munication intelligent monitoring system, computer network technology, the power distribution network power quality intelligent monitoring, comprehensive analysis and decision making. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, the mo- nitoring accuracy is improved by about 58.83% , Has certain validity~
