卷烟企业设备资产规模不断扩大,设备种类和数量越来越多,传统的设备管理模式已经不能适应现代烟草企业的发展[1]。有效延长设备使用寿命,最大限度的降低企业成本,实现设备资产的全面管理,是现代烟草行业迫切需要思考和改进的问题。根据现代设备全生命周期履历管理的理念,通过设备采购信息、设备资产信息、设备运行维护信息、设备技术改造信息、设备报废信息等主线[2],辅助设备技术标准库和知识库设计了基于MES的设备全生命周期履历管理系统。

With the scale of equipment assets of cigarette enterprises is expanding, the types and quantities of equipment are more and more, the traditional equipment management mode can not adapt to the development of modem tobacco enterprises. It is an urgent problem for modem tobacco enterprises to improve the service life of equipment, reduce the cost of enterprises and realize the life cycle management of equipment assets. According to the management concept of modem equipment life cycle, the article focuses on the design of MES equipment life cycle management system with the main line of equipment procurement information, equipment asset information, equipment operation and maintenance information, equipment infomlation, technological transformation and equipment scrap information, based on the auxiliary equipment technical standards and knowledge database.
