摘要
物料分拣是农副加工、食品、医药和电子、化工行业中不可缺少的重要组成部分,为了提高物料自动分拣系统的分拣准确率,降低工作人员的劳动强度,拟设置以PLC为基础的物料分拣系统,本次系统设计以S7-200为主要控制核心,从软件和硬件两个角度出发进行设计,在具体设计过程中先对物料自动分拣系统的总体架构进行设计分析,再进行进一步的细化设计。其中硬件设计包含传感器、传送带、启动装置和PLC控制器的设置;软件包含软件运行流程和界面设置。经过实验验证,发现该系统的分拣率可以比原系统分拣率提高22.4%,效果显著。表明以PLC为基础的物料自动分拣系统,能够有效提高物料的分拣效率,减少分拣误差,减少员工的劳动强度,具有较好的应用价值和前景。
The material sorting is agricultural processing, food, medicine and electronics, an important part in the chemical industry, in order to improve the sorting accuracy of automatic sorting system, reduce the labor intensity of workers, intends to set up the material sorting system based on PLC, this system is designed with S7- 200 as the main control center and from two aspects of hardware and software of the design, in the specific design process of the first general framework of the automatic sorting system of design and analysis, and then further detailed design. The hardware design includes sensor, conveyor belt, boot device and PLC controller settings The software includes software;operating process and interface settings. After experimental verification, the system can find the sorting rate than the original system sorting rate increased 22. 4%, the effect is remarkable. Show that the material automatic sorting system based on PLC, can effectively improve the sorting efficiency of materials, reduce sorting error, reduce the labor intensity, has the application value and good prospects.
