摘要
随着数字化制造技术的发展,一方面对生产车间的数字化水平要求越来越高,另一方面对生产车间的可靠性水平要求也越来越高。如何设计出满足生产可靠性要求和运行可靠性要求的数字化车间,已成为越来越多人关注的技术难题。文章从数字化车间系统运行可靠性的角度提出了设计流程和方法,对数字化车间的可靠性设计具有一定指导意义。
With the development of digital manufacturing technology, on the one hand, the digital level of the production workshop is higher and higher, and on the other hand, the reliability level of the production workshop is higher and higher. How to design the digital workshop which meets the requirements of production reliability and reliability is becoming more and more attention. The paper puts forward the design process and method from the perspective of the reliability of the digital shop system, and it has some guiding significance for the reliability design of the digital shop.
