摘要
为了提高顶板灾害预报精度,提出了以顶板压力、煤岩电磁辐射强度为监测量,以Zigbee为通信方式的多参量无线通信矿压监测系统方案。由于顶板压力变化导致煤岩体形变时会导致电磁辐射的强大变化,同时监测顶板压力和煤岩的电磁辐射强度提高了矿压预报精度。采用无线传输方式,解决了在井巷和工作面布线困难的问题,降低了煤机支架联动时需要随时检查信号传输电缆的劳动强度和因此而带来的危险性。
In order to improve the forecasting precision of mine pressure, a system scheme based on Zigbee put forwarded, where the roof pressure and the electromagnetic radiation of rock are monitored simultaneously, the deformation of rock due to roof pressure will lead to an increase of electromagnetic radiation. This system can improve the forecasting precision of mine pressure. Furthermore, the system adopts wireless transmission which avoids the difficulty of setting up equipments and laying wires.
