摘要
通过研究碱液温度控制系统数学模型,对于被控对象为带延时的一阶惯性环节,以Ziegler-Nichols法的整定公式为依据,获得PID整定参数。采用Matlab仿真得到PID调节温度曲线,仿真结果表明:Ziegler-Nichols法整定参数提高了控制的准确度,从而保证了碱液的化学活性。
By studying the mathematical model of the lye temperature control system, the PID regulation parameters are obtained by the empirical formula of Ziegler-Nichols when the controlled object is a first-order inertia link with delay. The PID regulation temperature curve could obtained by Matlab simulation. The simulation results show that the parameters of Ziegler-Niehols method can improve the control precision and ensure the chemical activity of lye.
