Therefore, this topic carried out discussion and analysis of the status quo in one by one for construction of water conservancy projects and Hydropower Engineering and technology management,in order to get the construction of hydropower project management and technical deficiencies, extract the corresponding solution to the management of water conservancy and hydropower engineering technology to carry out the construction and good security, helps maintain the social the long-term healthy development.
