摘要 如今,随着社会需求的发展,水利工程的项目建设越来越被重视。水利工程是支撑现代农业、现代社会生产的重要因素。水利行业的迅速发展奠定了我国社会经济的平稳发展。在激烈的行业竞争局面下,水利行业更要从自身施工建设、管理水平等方面着手改进水利工程的生产成本以及经济效益等问题,做到利用先进工程管理技术降低水利企业的生产成本,从而提升企业水利工程获取的经济效益,同时为社会做出重要的水利贡献,创造水利工程应有的社会价值。为此,本课题在对于水利项目的水电工程的施工以及管理技术的现状开展逐一的探讨和分析,以此得到水电工程的施工以及管理技术上不足,提炼出对应的解决办法,保障水利水电工程的管理技术以及施工的良好开展,有助于维护社会的长远健康发展。 Nowadays, with the development of social demand, more and more attention has been paid to the project construction of water conservancy projects. Water conservancy project is an important factor to support modern agriculture and modern social production. The rapid development of the water conservancy industry has laid a solid foundation for the steady development of China's social economy. In the fierce competition in the industry situation, water conservancy industry to improve the problems of water conservancy project cost and economic benefit from its construction and management level ,to reduce the production cost of water enterprises using advanced project management technology, so as to enhance the enterprise to obtain the economic benefits of water conservancy projects, water conservancy and make an important contribution to the for the society, create social value should be the water conservancy project. Therefore, this topic carried out discussion and analysis of the status quo in one by one for construction of water conservancy projects and Hydropower Engineering and technology management,in order to get the construction of hydropower project management and technical deficiencies, extract the corresponding solution to the management of water conservancy and hydropower engineering technology to carry out the construction and good security, helps maintain the social the long-term healthy development.
