摘要
通过对金属基板涂层厚度自动化测量系统进一步研究与实践,提出将环形振荡器应用于自动化精密测量金属涂层厚度系统中,该环形振荡器电路组成了这种新型智能精密测量系统的前端感测的关键核心部件。实践证明,此环形振荡器组成的核心关键电路简单而且可靠。样机指标满足用户提出的高精度要求。
Based on the further research and practice of the metal substrate coating thickness measurement system,it is proposed to apply the ring oscillator to the automatic precision measurement of the metal coating thickness system. The ring oscillator circuit constitutes the front sensing of the new intelligent precision measuring system of the key core components. Practice has proved that this ring oscillator composed of the core key circuit is simple and reliable. The high precision requirements of overseas users are met by the prototype technical indicators.
