摘要
边界对流换热系数和钢卷径向等效导热系数是影响燃气罩式退火炉内传热的两个最主要参数。本文通过建立钢卷瞬态热传导有限元仿真模型,对罩式退火过程中的温度场分布进行了模拟计算。模型根据实际退火工艺曲线来施加边界条件,具有一定的计算精度。结合仿真模型的计算结果,制定了高碳锯片钢8CrV的球化退火工艺,获得了良好的球化退火组织,该钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和布氏硬度等力学性能参数均得到明显改善。
The convection heat transfer coefficient and equivalent radial thermal conductivity are two important parameters of the heat transfer process in bell-type annealing furnace.The finite element model was estabished and the temperature field was calculated.The model treated the boundary condition based on actual annealing process curve,so it had a certain accuracy.According to the simulation results,spheroidizing annealing process of 8CrV high carbon saw steel had been made.Through this process,good spheroidized annealing structure was obtained,and mechanical properties,such as yield strength,tensile strength and hardness had been improved significantly.
