摘要
针对Q345E低合金结构钢板低温冲击性能的影响因素进行了分析和研究,结果表明:钢板内部晶粒粗大和钢板残余应力集中是低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因。通过现场工艺和检验流程的优化,改善了Q345E钢板的低温冲击韧性,提高了产品合格率。
The influencing factors on low temperature impact property of thin gauge Q345 Eplate were analyzed.The result show that the bigger grains and residual stress concentration are the main causes of low temperature impact property disqualification.By means of composition and production process optimization,the low temperature impact toughness and product qualification rate are improved.
