摘要
炉卷轧机自动控制系统中,穿带长度的控制十分重要,直接影响产品质量。在分析炉卷轧机穿带系统的基础上,推导了带钢头部控制的数学模型,并计算出了各段控制的长度和时间,应用后存在质量问题的带钢头尾长度从以前的30m减小到10m,大大减少了因穿带失败导致的堆钢事故。
The threading length control is a very important part in the Steckel mill automatic control system,with an important effect on strip quality.Based on in-depth analysis of threading control system,the strip head control mathematical model was deduced,including the segment length and time control.Practice of this control method showed that the poor quality strip length of head and end was reduced from 30 m to 10m,and the stacking accident by threading failure was decreased.
