摘要
针对包钢生产的SAE1018Ti线材酸洗后存在的表面圆斑缺陷,采用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪对缺陷进行了观察和分析。结果表明:结晶器保护渣的残留和铸坯表面氧化铁皮在轧制过程中的压入是造成线材表面缺陷的原因,通过加强铸坯保护渣的剥离和增强除鳞效果可避免该类线材表面酸洗缺陷的产生。
In view of the surface defects on the SAE1018Ti pickled wire rod,the reasons were analyzed in detail by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy spectrum analysis.The results showed that the main causes were mold flux residue and scale pressed in the surface of wire rod.By stripping the mold flux residue and enhancing the descaling effect,this defect was avoided.
