摘要
为有效地监测和评估煤炭企业员工不安全行为,提出了基于正态云模型的综合评判方法。在已有研究的基础上,综合考虑煤炭企业员工不安全行为的模糊性和随机性,利用云模型的数字特征,在逐层确定各级指标云后,对比分析最终评价云与云标尺,得出各指标下待评员工不安全行为的评价等级。通过实例进行了检验,结果表明,云模型可以实现定性描述与定量表达之间的转换,评价结果以图像形式展示出来,并能准确找出风险性较高的指标,使管理和控制员工的不安全行为更有针对性。
In order to effectively monitor and assess mine workers' unsafe behaviors, this paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation method based on normal cloud model. On the basis of existing research, considering the fuzziness and randomness of mine workers' unsafe behaviors, after using the numerical characteristics of cloud model to determine the index cloud at each level, comparing and analyzing the final evaluation cloud and the scale cloud, the evaluaiton level of workers' unsafe behaviors was attained. The cloud model was validated and the result showed that it could realize the conversion between qualitative description and quantitative expression. The evaluation results could be displayed by image and the high risk index could be identified accurately, then the management and control of mine workers' unsafe behaviors would be more targeted.
