品管圈活动在降低住院戒毒患者危险品接触率的应用

Quality Control Circle in reducing the rate of dangerous contact in inpatient rehabilitation patients

目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低住院戒毒患者危险品接触率的应用及成效。方法:成立11人组成的"品管圈"活动小组,通过小组分析讨论,查找安全管理中的薄弱环节,制定改进对策并监督实施。结果:开展品管圈活动后入院患者、家属及工作人员对危险品的认识均有显著提高(t=23.043,t=32.940,t=167.863,P<0.05),病房危险品的检出率显著降低(χ~2=19.13(?=5),χ~2=24.26(?=1),P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动可以显著减少住院戒毒患者的危险品接触率,对持续改进安全管理有积极促进作用,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the application and results of Quality Control Circle activities in reducing the rate of dangerous goods contact in inpatient rehabilitation patients. Methods： Set up Quality Control Circle group include 11 players,through the analysis and discussion of the group, to find the weak link in safety management, formulate improvement measures and supervise the implementation. Results ： After activities, hospital patients, families and staff awareness of the dangerous goods were improved significantly（t = 23.043, t = 32.940, t = 167.863, p〈0.05）, and have a significant decrease detection rate of check out the dangerous goods（χ~2=19.13（v=5）,χ~2=24.26（v=1）,p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Quality Control Circle can significantly reduce the dangerous goods contact rate of inpatient rehabilitation patients, and have a positive role to continuously improve the safety management, worth clinical promotion.
