羧基化氧化石墨烯在聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂饰剂改性中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 利用溴乙酸对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行羧基化改性,制备了羧基化氧化石墨烯(GO-COOH),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、原子力显微镜、热重分析对其进行了表征。然后采用不同用量的GO-COOH通过物理共混分别制备了不同用量的GO-COOH改性的聚丙烯酸酯皮革涂饰剂,并应用于皮革涂饰。考察了皮革涂饰浆料配制过程中加料顺序对滤渣产生的影响;研究了GO-COOH用量对聚丙烯酸酯涂层的耐干湿擦性能、表面光泽度、耐折牢度及粘着牢度的影响。结果表明:当GO-COOH在加入染料水并过滤除去滤渣之后再加入到涂饰浆料中,可以避免GO-COOH沉淀;在研究的GO-COOH用量范围内,GO-COOH的加入可以提高涂层的耐干湿擦性能、耐折牢度及粘着牢度,但是不会对涂层的光泽度产生显著的影响。而且,随着GO-COOH用量的增加,涂层的耐干湿擦性能、耐折牢度及粘着牢度越好。 Carboxylated graphene oxide (GO-COOH) was prepared by carboxylation of graphene oxide (GO) with bromoacetic acid, and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR, AFM and TG. Then, GO-COOH modified polyaerylate leather finishing agent was prepared by adding different amounts of GO-COOH based on physical blending and applied to leather finishing. The influence of the feeding order on the residue during the preparation of the leather finishing slurry was investigated. And the effect of the amount of GO-COOH on the dry and wet rubbing fastness, surface gloss, folding fastness and adhesion fastness of coating was also investigated. The applied results indicated that GO- COOH could not be removed as the residue when it was added to the finishing agent after adding the dye water and filtering to remove the residue; Within the studied range of amount, the addition of GO-COOH could improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness, folding fastness and adhesion fastness of the coating. And the impact of GO-COOH on the surface gloss was not significant. At the same time, with the increase of the amount of GO-COOH, the dry and wet rubbing fastness, folding fastness and adhesion fastness of the coating became better.
