摘要
为了研究鞋用漆皮耐折牢度的影响因素,以不同原料皮种类、不同部位、不同环境、不同贴合工艺以及不同涂饰工艺等多种可能的因素为变量,通过控制变量的研究方法,进行了多次试验测试。试验结果表明:背脊部位的漆皮试样的耐折牢度优于颈部和腹部;常温下漆皮的耐折牢度优于-10°下的耐折牢度;在8种贴合工艺中,H240-1单面热熔膜贴合工艺的漆皮试样耐折牢度较优,其次为自粘布A07和YL106胶热熔布工艺的漆皮;底涂层数以及原料皮是小牛还是中牛对于漆皮耐折牢度影响不大。
In order to study the influence factors of footwear patent leather flex resistance,with different raw material species,locations,environments,plying-up crafts,leather manufacture crafts,finished amounts, of tests based on control variate method. The result showed that the footwear patent leather flex resistance at backbone is better than that of neck and abdomen; the leather flex resistance at room temperature is better than that at -10 under;about the 8 pigskin laminating process, the paint sample flex resistance with H240-1 single-sided hot melt film laminating process is better, followed by A07 self-adhesive cloth and YL106 hot melt glue cloth; primer paint layers shows the little effect of flex resistance, similarly between calf and cattle.
