摘要
合成了一种新型的稀土化合物—马来酰胺酸镧,并作为PVC热稳定剂。首先经单因素实验考察氢氧化钠浓度、氯化稀土浓度、pH值和反应时间对合成马来酰胺酸稀土的影响进行分析,再通过正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺条件,并利用熔点测定对稀土热稳定剂进行表征。通过单因素和正交试验数据分析得出合成马来酰胺酸稀土的最佳工艺条件:氢氧化钠浓度0.3 mol·L-1,氯化稀土浓度0.4mol·L-1,pH值为7和反应时间为20 min。最后利用熔点测定对稀土热稳定剂进行表征得马来酰胺酸稀土热稳定剂的熔点为182℃。
A new type of rare earth compound lanthanum maleic acid amide as a PVC heat stabilizer was synthesized. Firstly, effect of sodium hydroxide concentration, rare earth chloride concentration, pH value and reaction time on the synthesis of rare earth maleic acid amide was investigated by single factor experiments. Then the optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments, and the rare earth heat stabilizer were characterized. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: Na OH concentration 0.3 mol·L^-1, rare earth chloride concentration 0.4 mol·L^-1, pH value 7 and reaction time 20 min. The melting point of the rare-earth thermal stabilizer is 182 ℃.
