近年来,我国LNG产业已进入规模化发展阶段。随着低温技术的日益成熟,LNG作为应用领域的源头,与之配套的储存设备就显得尤为重要。而粉末堆积绝热的双层球罐以其节约材料、占地面积小、日蒸发率以及建造成本低等优点越来越受到人们的青睐。本文着重介绍了LNG双层球罐的设计、制造及检验等方面的内容。

In recent years, China＇s LNG industry has entered a stage of large-scale development. With the development of low temperature technology, the matching storage facilities of LNG become particularly important. And the double-lay tank of powder accumulation adiabatic has many advantages, such as material saving, small footprint, low day evaporation rate and so on, so it gains more and more favour from users. In this paper, design, manufacture and test of LNG double-layer spherical tank were mainly introduced.
