射流式泡沫发生器内部流场的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 通过数值模拟方法,运用FLUENT模拟射流式泡沫发生器内部气液两相流流场运动规律,并分析不同气液比对泡沫发生器内部气相体积分布影响。结果显示,不同气液比情况下,射流式泡沫发生器内气液两相流的静压和速度分布表现不同。该成果为疏松砂岩油藏以及油田冲砂洗井作业提供指导,为后续射流式泡沫发生器结构设计提供理论依据。 Through the numerical simulation method, FLUENT was used to simulate the flow pattern of the gas-liquid two-phase flow field, and the influence of different gas-liquid ratio on the gas volume distribution in the generator was analyzed. The results showed that the gas pressure and the velocity distribution of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the jet-type foam generator were different under different gas-liquid ratio. The results can provide guidance for development of loose sandstone reservoirs and operation of sand washing in low pressure oilfields, and can also provide the theoretical basis for design of jet-type foam generator.
