摘要
从几个不同方面,对低温甲醇洗生产流程中的常见问题进行了分析,以低温甲醇洗工艺的原理和技术为基础,分别从低温甲醇洗系统甲醇水含量高、净煤气总硫超标以及系统堵塞三个方面进行了分析研究,并对相应问题提出行之有效的解决方案,望可为低温甲醇洗装置的稳定运行提供有价值的参考。
Common problems in rectisol process were analyzed. From the process principle and technical characteristics of rectisol plant, high water content in methanol, total sulfur exceeding standard and system blocking problems and their causes were discussed, and effective solutions were put forward for stable operation of rectisol plant.
