纳米碳淋巴示踪在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用

Application of carbon nanoparticles tracing in laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer

目的评价以纳米碳作为手术时淋巴示踪剂在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析行腹腔镜手术的60例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,根据术前是否应用纳米碳淋巴示踪剂标记分为两组:试验组32例,术前应用纳米碳淋巴示踪剂标记;对照组28例未用。比较两组手术安全性、淋巴结检出情况及并发症发生率。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组淋巴结检出数、微小淋巴结(<5cm)检出数均多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中应用纳米碳淋巴示踪剂安全、可行,有助于提高淋巴结检出率。

Objective To explore the effect of carbon nanoparticles tracing in laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The injection of carbon nanoparticles around tumor under colonoscopy was performed before operation in group A（32cases）,which was not in group B（28cases）.Surgery safety,the number of detected lymph nodes and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups（P〈0.05）.The number of detected lymph nodes and the number of detected lymph nodes smaller than 5cm were more in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The carbon nanoparticles tracing in laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer is feasible,safe and helpful to improve detection efficiency of lymph node.
