宫腔粘连术后内膜再生修复 被引量:3

摘要 宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesions,IUA)是由子宫内膜创伤或感染导致的子宫腔或宫颈部分或完全粘连,临床危害除了月经改变,更重要的是不孕、反复流产和妊娠结局异常。IUA的治疗包括宫腔形态恢复及内膜损伤后的重建过程。外科手术可以恢复有效的宫腔解剖结构,为内膜提供爬行覆盖空间,但损伤后有效内膜缺失、血管闭塞及继发的炎症反应都影响着内膜再生,进而导致粘连反复再现和薄层内膜,最终影响生殖功能。
