政府补贴、董事长任期与企业技术创新绩效

Government subsidies,chairman' tenures and enterprise technology innovation performance

企业技术创新问题是近些年社会所关注的热点问题。在企业的管理中董事长任期对于技术创新绩效影响具有不可替代的作用,同时政府补贴对于董事长在任期内的创新活动可能存在影响。以2010—2014年沪深两市上市公司为研究样本,实证考察了董事长任期对企业技术创新绩效的影响以及基于政治补贴对两者之间关系的影响。研究发现,董事长任期与技术创新绩效呈倒u型关系,但是政府补贴对于两者之间的关系并没有积极的调节作用。

The enterprise technology innovation is a hot issue of the concern of the society in recent years.In the enterprise management,the term of a chairman plays an irreplaceable role in technological innovation performance,and also the government subsidies may influence the innovation activities of the chairman in office.Taking China＇s Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in 2010-2014 as the research samples,this paper empirically examined the influence of chairman tenure on technological innovation performance of enterprises,and also the effects of political subsidies on the relationship between the two.It was found that the term of chairman and the technological innovation performance have an inverted U-shaped relationship,but government subsidies do not play an role in regulating above relationship.
