摘要
为了探究不同宽度(基质或土壤体积)和高度的SRSC垄对甜椒生长及产量的影响,进而确定最优的SRSC栽培垄参数。以甜椒为试验材料,并以土壤栽培垄为对照(CK),分别设置10cm(W10)、35cm(W35)和40cm(W40/H15)不同宽度及0cm(H0)、10cm(H10)和15cm(W40/H15)不同高度的SRSC栽培垄,测定采收时甜椒的生长及产量指标。结果表明:不同宽度的SRSC垄中,CK与W35和W40/H15的甜椒的各项生长指标没有显著差异,而W10的甜椒的株高、茎粗和地上干鲜质量低于其他处理,生长最差,但其产量高于CK;W40/H15的甜椒产量最高,比CK高34.2%;不同高度的SRSC栽培垄中,H10甜椒的株高、茎粗及地上干鲜质量显著低于CK,生长最差,而H0和W40/H15甜椒的株高、茎粗、地上及地下干鲜质量没有显著差异,且二者的甜椒生长优于H10。H0的产量最低,而W40/H15的产量最高,比H0高60.4%,同时比CK高34.2%。综上,W40/H15对甜椒生长的影响相对较优,并且对其产量的提升效果最好,即SRSC垄宽为40cm,垄高为15cm时,生产性能最优。
In order to study effects of soil ridged substrate-embedded cultivation(SRSC)with different width and height on the growth and yield of sweet peppers,and then to determine the optimal parameters of SRSC ridge,an experiment with sweet pepper as experimental material was designed.In the experiment,SRSC ridges with different widths and heights were designed compared with soil ridge designed as a control group(CK).The widths included 10cm(W10),35cm(W35)and 40cm(W40/H15),and the heights included 0cm(H0),10cm(H10)and 15cm(W40/H15),respectively.Finally,growth and yield of sweet peppers were measured after harvesting.Results showed that the soil ridge(CK)had no significant difference compared with W35 and W40/H15,and plant height,stem diameter and dry fresh shoot mass of sweet peppers cultivated on W10 was the worst,however,the yield of W10 was higher than that of CK,and that of W40/H15 was the highest,which was 34.2%higher than that of CK.In ridges with different heights,plant height,stem diameter and dry fresh shoot mass of H10 was significantly lower than that of CK,and the growth was the worst.Besides,all plant indexes of H0 and W40/H15 were not significantly different.The yield of H0 was the lowest while that of W40/H15 was the highest,and W40/H15 was 60.4% and 34.2% higher than H0 and CK,respectively.In conclusion,the influences of W40/H15 on growth of sweet peppers were relatively better,and the capacity of increasing production was the best.It means that the optimal parameters of SRSC were 40 cm in ridge width and 15 cm in height.
