中药配方颗粒临床应用现状分析及展望

On Current Status and Future Prospect of Clinical Application of TCM Formula Granules

目的:探讨中药配方颗粒的优势、问题及其发展趋势。方法:依据山西省中医院2014-2016年间中药配方颗粒在临床应用中的变化趋势,分析其临床应用现状;并采用半结构式访谈方法,随机采访调研了医生和患者,对访谈结果从疗效、应用和期望3个方面进行分析。结果与结论:合理有效地发展"毒性小、副作用小、剂量小"的中药配方颗粒,将有助于提高中药的市场占有率,有助于中医药的推广和普及。

Objective To discuss the advantages, problems and development trend of TCM formula granules.Methods： The clinical application status was analyzed according to the trend of clinical application of traditionalChinese medicine （TCM） formula granules in Shanxi Provincial Hospital of TCM from 2014 to 2016. The semi-structured interview method was used to investigate and survey physicians and patients for their opinions aboutthe efficacy, application and expectation of TCM formula granules. Results and Conclusion： By following theprinciples of ＂low toxicity, little side effects, low doses＂, the reasonable and effective development of TCMformula granules will improve the market share of traditional Chinese medicine and contribute to the promotionand popularization of Chinese medicine.
