复合无机盐加重压裂液研究 被引量:9

摘要 筛选了两种无机盐复配作为压裂液加重剂,研究了复配比例对性能的影响,确定最佳复配比。优选适用于加重压裂液的添加剂,并对所形成的压裂液体系性能进行研究。该压裂液密度可达1.349g/cm3,耐温135℃以上,具有很好的携砂性和稳定性,高温下顺利破胶,可应用于深井压裂中。 Two kinds of inorganic salts were selected as weighting material of fracturing fluids . The effect of compound proportion on the properties was studied, and the best compound proportion was determined. Optimizing the additives suitable for this kind of fracturing fluids, and the properties of the fracturing fluids system were studied. The experimental results showed that the density of aggra- vating fracturing fluids was up to 1. 349 g/era3 and withstanded temperature above 135 ~C. This sys- tem had desirable sand suspending ability and stability. Besides, gel breaking could be successfully a- chieved under high temperature making it applicable in deep well fracturing.
