摘要
以4-异丙基苯胺为原料,经NBS溴化制得2-溴-4-异丙基苯胺,再经亚硝酸钠和硫酸重氮化、THF去氨基还原制得间溴异丙苯,并用IR、1 H NMR和MS对产物结构进行了表征。优化的反应条件是:溴化反应的温度为25℃,4-异丙基苯胺和NBS的摩尔比为1∶1.1;重氮化反应的温度为0℃,2-溴-4-异丙基苯胺和硫酸的摩尔比为1∶3.0。两步反应的总收率为86.4%。
4-Isopropylaniline as the raw meterial, by the bromize with NBS obtain 2-bromo-4-isopropy- laniline, and diazotize with sodium nitrite and sulphuric acid, deaminate reduce with THF obtain m- bromocumene, The structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and MS . Optimized reaction conditions was. the temperature of bromination 25 ℃, the molar ratio of 4-isopropylaniline and NBS 1 : 1.1 ; the temperature of diazotization 0 ~C, the molar ratio of 2-bromo-4-isopropylaniline 1 : 3.0. The total yield of two steps was 86.4%.
