摘要 汽轮机数字电液控制系统中,阀位控制的冗余设计是提高发电可靠性的重要手段。针对阀位控制卡失效问题,提出了热备冗余的解决措施,设计了冗余卡之间切换过渡的方案,以避免卡输出通道切换中的冲击。经过失效模式分析及可靠性验证,确认解决措施提高了阀位控制卡的可靠性,达到了预期效果。 In digital electro-hydraulic control system of steam turbine, the redundant design of valve position control is an important means to improve the reliability of power generation. Aiming at the failure of VCC, the countermeasures of hot standby redundancy were put forward, and the scheme of switching between redundant cards was designed to avoid the impact in the switching of the output channel of redundant cards. After failing mode analysis and reliability verification, it is confirmed that this solution can improve the reliability of the VCC and achieve the expected effect.
