摘要
研究了薄壁零件加工过程中切削力所导致的筋板变形情况,应用经验公式对加工中的切削力进行计算,通过ABAQUS有限元软件对筋板变形情况进行仿真分析,并采用数控刀路补偿方式对产生的变形进行补偿。
The deformation of the ribs caused by the cutting force during the processing of thin-walled parts was studied. The cutting force during processing was calculated by empiric formula. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the deformation of the ribs, and the deformation was compensated in the NC mode for tool path compensation.
