摘要
设备资源是集团制造企业的核心战略资源,资源配置不合理,往往会造成设备闲置、资源利用率低等情况。针对以上问题,基于加工特征对加工任务和设备资源进行关联匹配,在工期约束条件下以质量、成本为优化目标,建立了多主体制造设备资源配置模型,并利用改进蚁群算法进行求解。最后通过实例验证了算法的有效性。
As the core strategic resource of group manufacturing enterprise, due to the unreasonable allocation of resources, equipment resources often cause idle, low resource utilization. To solve above problems, by the correlation matching processing tasks and equipment resources based on the processing characteristics, under the time constraints with the optimization goal of quality and cost, a multi-agent manufacturing equipment resource allocation model was established, and the improved ACO based on gray correlation was used to solve this model, the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by an example.
