摘要
灌注桩施工在成孔阶段往往会受到地形的不利影响导致成孔效果不佳及工期延长。在长江沿线施工的灌注桩如位于老江堤或新大堤抛石护脚区域内,其下存在孤石的概率较大,对灌注桩钻孔施工极为不利。结合某工程实例,首次采用回旋掏石器新工艺进行钻孔施工。结合新工艺应用效果,分析该工艺在灌注桩施工中的应用前景。
In hole forming of bored piles construction,the unfavorable terrain may lead to ineffective and extension of construction period. The existence probability of boulder is big in riprap foot protection area of dyke,which is unfavourable for bored piles construction. Based on engineering practice,convolution stone digging machine was firstly used in bored pile forming construction. According to the application effect,this paper analyzed the application prospect of this technology.
