摘要 高压旋喷技术在岩土工程界的应用非常普遍,但由于传统工法及设备的局限性导致该技术在复杂地层无法应用,在已用的工程中也产生了一些亟待解决的问题。详细介绍了一种新型高压旋喷工法的技术原理及独立研发的配套设备,采用本技术突破了传统工法在地层应用范围的局限性,实现一次性成孔成桩,大幅提升施工效率和成桩质量,节约材料和成本。 High pressure jet grouting technology was applied in geotechnical engineering very commonly,but this technique couldn 't been used in complex formation as the limitation of the method and equipment,also,there were some problems to be solved in the project used this technology. This paper introduced a new kind of principle of high pressure jet grouting method in detail,and a complete set of equipment by independent research and development. Using this technology not only breaks the limitation application scope with the traditional method,achieved the hole and pile once complete,rise the construction efficiency and the quality of pile sharply,but also saved material and cost and provided a new solution for the industry problem.
