摘要
以兰州轨道交通1号线奥体中心站—世纪大道站区间右线盾构试验段为工程背景,分别采用泥水平衡盾构机和土压平衡盾构机自两端车站始发,直至中间风井汇合进行到达接收,两盾构机全程穿越富水大粒径砂卵石地层,地质环境复杂、施工难度大。通过盾构机掘进参数、盾构施工难点及监测数据进行对比分析,得到了富水大粒径砂卵石地层盾构施工两种盾构工法的不同点及盾构选型依据。
Taking Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 from Olympic Station to Century Avenue Station Shield Right Line test section as engineering background,the projects used the SPB and the EPB originating from both ends of the station until the middle of the air shaft confluence. Two shield machine is full of water rich sand and gravel stratum,the geological environment is complex and the construction is very difficult. Through comparing and analyzing the shield machine tunneling parameters,shield construction difficulties and monitoring data,we obtained differences between the two shield method and shield selection basis. The research results provide technical guidance and practical experience for similar engineering.
