隧道式瘘管切除、内口缝闭、外口保留引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效观察

为探讨隧道式瘘管切除、内口缝闭、外口保留引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效,回顾分析绵竹市肛肠专科医院2014年5月至2016年5月采用此法治疗的28例高位复杂性肛瘘患者资料.结果显示,本组28例患者均治愈,术后肛门功能及外观均正常.随访6～30个月,均无复发.结果表明,隧道式瘘管切除、内口缝闭、外口保留引流治疗高位复杂性肛瘘安全有效,治愈率高,患者痛苦少,有效保护了肛门功能和外观完整性,复发率低,值得临床推广应用.

This study was to explore the clinical effect of a combination procedure（tunnel resecting fistula tract, suture ＆ closure for internal opening,and preserving external opening for drainage） in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 28 cases of this fistula who had received above surgery in author＇s hospital from May 2014 to May 2016. As results, all 28 patients were cured,their anal function and appearance were all normal;the follow-up of 6-30 months did not find any re- currence.Results show that a and with high curative rate, 1 function and appearance thus bove combination procedure for high complex anal fistula is safe and effective ess pain of patients and low recurrence rate,also can effectively protect anal worthy of popularization and clinical application.
