自拟中药洗剂外洗联合分期换药在肛门病术后的应用效果

Application Efficacy of Externally Using Self-designed TCM Lotion and Staging Dressing Exchange at Postoperation of Anal Diseases

为探讨自拟中药洗剂外洗联合分期换药在肛门病术后应用的效果,将2015年1月至2017年1月于我科行手术治疗的400例肛门病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例.对照组予以常规换药,观察组分期进行换药,并予自拟中药洗剂外洗.对比2组创面感染率,创面疼痛、渗出、水肿消失时间,以及创面愈合时间和换药满意度.结果表明,观察组创面感染率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组术后创面疼痛、渗出、水肿消退时间及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组患者换药满意率高于对照组,P〈0.05.结果表明,对肛门病术后患者予以自拟中药洗剂外洗联合分期换药,可以加快创面疼痛、渗出、水肿消退,促进创面愈合.

This study was to explore the efficacy of externally using self-designed TCM lotion and staging dressing exchange at postoperation of anal diseases, randomly divided 400 patients who had received surgery for their anal diseases into observation group and control one, 200 cases for each;the former adopted staging dressing exchange and externally used self-designed TCM lotion, meanwhile, the latter took routine dressing exchange;then both groups＂ following indexes（including wound-surface infection rate, the disappearing time of pain, exudation, edema, wound-surface healing, and satisfactory degree were compared. As results,the infection rate of the former was significantly lower than that of the latter（ P 〈0.05） ,the time for above-mentioned indexes in the former was all significantly shorter than that in the latter（ P〈0.05） ; besides,patient＇s satisfactory degree in the former was higher than that in the latter（ P〈0.05）.Results show that for anal diseases patients externally using self-designed lotion of TCM,and staging dressing exchange can accelerate the regression of wound-surface pain, exudation and edema, so that promoting wound-surface healing.
