猪Hal、GH、AREG、ESR和BF基因多态性及其对部分经济性状的影响 被引量:1

Association of genetic polymorphisms of Hal,GH,AREG,ERS and BF genes with some economic traits in pigs

摘要 采用PCR-RFLP方法,以大白、长白、杜洛克3个猪种共400头繁殖母猪为研究对象,研究Hal、GH、AREG、ESR和BF基因的多态性,并与繁殖和生长性状进行关联分析,为猪的分子标记辅助育种和提高选种的准确性提供依据。结果表明:5个基因在3个猪种的测定群体中存在多态性,但在基因型频率上不同猪种间存在较大差异。各猪群5个基因的优势等位基因均为A。其中Hal基因在大白猪群体中初产母猪AA型个体总产仔数和产活仔数分别比AB型多19头和272头(P<005),母猪AA型个体达100 kg日龄比AB型快1648 d(P<005)。GH基因影响长白猪达100 kg日龄(P<005)。AREG基因能影响母猪产仔性能,各猪群中AA型均优于BB型。同时,AREG基因大白母猪AA型个体活体背膘低于BB型(P<005)。ESR和BF基因则主要影响母猪的繁殖性状。本试验结果为规模化猪场引进猪种分子标记辅助选择育种工作提供了参考。 The present study was conducted to detect polymorphisms of Hal, GH, AREG, ESR and BF genes and analyze their associationwith reproduction and growth traits in pigs by PCR-RFLP method. Four hundred breeding sows of Large White, Landrace and Duroc werecollected. The results showed that the polymorphic sites of five genes were found in all populations tested of three breeds. The genotype distri-bution, however, revealed great differences among different breeds. The preponderant alleles of five gene in this herd were A. In Yorkshire,for Hal gene, AA genotypic gilts produced 1 9 total number born(TNB) and 2 72 number born alive(NBA)(P〈0.05) more than that ofAB genotypic gilts, respectively. The hundreds of kilograms of day age of AA genotypic gilts were more 16 48 days(P〈0.05) than that ofAB genotypic gilts. GH gene could affect the hundreds of kilograms of day age of Landrace and AREG gene affect the litter performance ofsows. In Large White, for AREG gene, the live backfat of AA genotypic sows was less than that of the BB genotypic sow(P〈0.05). AA gen-otypic pigs were superior to BB genotypic pig in all pig herds. ESR and BF genes mainly affected the reproductive traits of sows. Our resultsprovided references for marker-assisted selection in breeding of foreign pigs on large-scale pig farm.
