紫甘蓝粗提物对肉鸡生长、抗氧化和肠道发育的影响 被引量:2

Effects of extracts of purple cabbage on growth performance,antioxidation and intestinal morphology in broilers

摘要 选取1日龄肉仔鸡150只,采用1×3+1设计,研究不同剂量紫甘蓝粗提物对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化指标及肠道发育的影响。对照组饲以基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加紫甘蓝粗提物50、100和200 mL/kg,试验期49 d。试验第21、35和49天分别称重,计算采食量并采集血样,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量;第49天屠宰抽样,测定十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和平滑肌厚度。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组料重比与对照组、试验Ⅰ组相比显著降低(P<005),7周龄时体重显著提高(P<005);试验Ⅲ组血清的SOD活性和GSH-Px活性与对照组相比显著提高(P<005),MDA含量显著降低(P<005);试验Ⅱ组十二指肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度和回肠平滑肌厚度与对照组相比显著提高(P<005)。本试验数据显示,紫包菜提取物可提高7周龄内肉仔鸡生长速度,降低料重比,改善肠道发育状况,合适添加量为100 mL/kg。 One hundred and fifty Arbor Acres broilers at 1 day age were employed to investigate the effect of extracts of purple cabbage ongrowth performance, antioxidant ability and intestinal morphology using 1×3+1 design. The broilers in control group were fed with a basal ra-tion, the ration of test group 1, group 2 and group 3 were supplemented with extracts of purple cabbage at the amount of 50, 100 and 200mL/kg, respectively. The whole experiment period was 49 days. The feed intake, daily gain and feed conversion ratio were analyzed at 21,35 and 49 days of age. Meanwhile, the concentrations of GSH-Px, total SOD and MDA in sera were also detected. In addition, the villousheight, crypt depth and thickness of smooth muscle of duodenum, jejunum and ileum of broilers were measured immediately after beingslaughtered only at the 49 th day. The results showed as follows: the ratio of feed to gain of test group 2 were significantly(P〈0.05) lowerthan the control group, and the body weight at the 49 th day was significantly(P〈0.05) higher than the control group; serum concentrationsof GSH-Px and total SOD in both groups with extracts treatment were significantly(P〈0.05) higher than that of the control group, while theMAD concentration was significantly(P〈0.05) lower than that of the control group; the villous height, crypt depth of duodenum and thick-ness of smooth muscle of ileum of two extracts treatment groups were significantly(P〈0.05) higher than that of control group. This indicatedthat the performances of broilers were improved by fed basal diet supplemented with 100 mL/kg purple cabbage extracts.
