骨折分型及外侧壁厚度对动力髋螺钉治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折疗效的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨患者骨折分型及外侧壁厚度对动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折疗效的影响。方法:选取2011年9月~2015年9月我院收治的64例外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,依据Gotfried分型的不同分为外侧壁危险型组31例和外侧壁稳定型组33例。两组均行DHS治疗,术前用X线测定外侧壁厚度,比较两组的手术用时、住院时间、术中出血量、完全负重时间和骨折愈合时间。结果:外侧壁稳定型组的手术用时、住院时间和术中出血量均较外侧壁危险型组低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;外侧壁稳定型组术前X线测定外侧壁厚度为(28.06±6.27)mm,高于外侧壁危险型组的(22.04±4.95)mm,其完全负重时间和骨折愈合时间均短于外侧壁危险型组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:患者的骨折分型及外侧壁厚度是影响动力髋螺钉治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折疗效的重要因素。
