摘要 为了解决在光学器件研发生产过程中对光纤长度精确测定的难题,成功自主研制了一种生产线量产模式用毫米级精度光纤长度测试仪。该测试仪根据白光的时间相干性原理,采用通用的器件,利用光纤时延和长度之间的对应关系,实现了两根光纤长度差的精确测量。采用光纤截断法对该测试仪进行了测试精度验证,验证结果显示该测试仪对光纤长度的测量精度达到毫米级。该测试仪的测试方式为单端测量,使用方式简便,操作界面简洁明了,能较好地满足科研、生产、系统调试等需要。 In order to solve the measurement accuracy problem of the optical fiber length in the development and production of optical devices,a millimeter-level accuracy optical fiber length tester in mass production mode in production line is independently developed.The tester is designed according to the time coherence principle of white light and uses common devices.The accurate measurement of the length difference between two optical fibers is realized by using the corresponding relationship between time delay and length of the optical fiber.The millimeterlevel measurement accuracy of the tester is verified by the cut-back method.The tester uses single ended testing with simple usage mode and concise operation interface.It can meet the needs in scientific research,production,and system debugging pretty well.
