摘要 介绍一种双绝缘耐高温500℃电缆的研制。阐述了产品结构设计、材料的选择,研究了电缆耐高温、耐火等特殊性能,指出了电缆技术指标及性能特点及应用情况。该双绝缘耐高温500℃电缆采用金属熔点高、耐腐蚀性能好的镀镍铜线作为导体,确保了电缆可在500℃高温下长期运行;采用无机非金属材料编织加耐高温耐火带材绕包复合绝缘和不燃型耐高温绝缘纤维编织护层,形成双绝缘层、双隔热层、双耐高温层组合,确保了电缆不燃、不延燃性。该双绝缘耐高温500℃电缆扩大了传统耐高温电缆的应用场所,并有较高的性价比,应用前景十分广泛。 The design of a double insulated 500 ℃ high temperature resistant cable is introduced.The product structure design and the choice of materials are discribed.The special performances such as high temperature and fire resistance of the cable are studied.The technical specifications,performance characteristics,and applications of the cable are pointed out.The double insulated 500 ℃ temperature resistant cable uses nickel-plated copper wire with high metal melting point,good corrosion resistance as the conductor to ensure that the cable can operate at 500 ℃for a long time.The use of inorganic non-metallic material braid and fire resistant strip wrapped composite insulation and incombustible high temperature resistant insulating fiber braid covering forms a combination of double insulation layers,double thermal insulation layers and double high temperature resistant layer to ensure the incombustibility and non-fire propagation of the cable.The double insulated 500 ℃ high temperature resistant cable enlarges the application fields for the traditional high temperature resistant cable and has higher performace cost ratio and extensive application prospect.
