长寿命双绝缘电线的结构设计及工艺实现

摘要 对长寿命双绝缘(布)电线的结构设计、材料选用、模具加工等方面进行详细介绍。采用双层异质绝缘结构及共挤工艺,提高了传统低烟无卤阻燃绝缘电线的阻燃性能和使用寿命(可与70年房屋产权同寿命),节约了采购及安装成本,避免了二次换线对建筑物造成的损坏。 The structure design,material choice,die processing and other aspects of the long-life doubleinsulation wire are introduced in detail.Through adopting double heteroid insulation structure and co-extrusion process,the flame retardance and service life(its current service life can be up to seventy years equal to China's housing property rights)of traditional low smoke halogen free flame retardant insulation wire are improved.Thus not only the cost of installation and purchasing are saved,but also the damage to the buildings caused by changing wires over again is avoided.
