摘要
防尘帽作为光纤连接器组件之一,其对光纤端面污染是光纤网络运营中必须解决的问题。对聚氯乙烯(PVC)防尘帽在光纤连接器端面产生的污染物进行拉曼光谱检测,对比谱图分析其成分为PVC防尘帽生产成型中添加的增塑剂及稳定剂混合物。结合该结论,针对这类污染现象提出了解决方法,包括改进PVC防尘帽的生产配方和工艺、防尘帽使用新型环保硅橡胶材料、对光纤端面进行清洁。
The anti-dust cup,as a component of the fiber optic connector,its pollution to the optical fiber end face must be solved in the optical fiber network operation.The Raman spectrometry is used to detect the pollutants on the optical fiber connector end face caused by PVC anti-dust cap.By comparing the Raman spectrogram,it can analyzes out that the pollutant is the mixture of plasticizer and stabilizer.Solutions are proposed to such pollution,including improving production formula and process of PVC anti-dust cap,using new eco-friendly silicone rubber material of anti-dust cap and cleaning the optical fiber end face.
