评价不稳定型心绞痛并心衰患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床有效性

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in patients with unstable angina complicated by heart failure

目的评价中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛并心衰临床疗效。方法将80例不稳定型心绞痛并心衰患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例;对照组患者给予西医常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通心络胶囊口服治疗,比较两组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效,并于治疗前后检测患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果观察组较对照组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效明显更优(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组平均心肌缺血时间明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组血清hs-CRP、BNP水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合西医常规治疗气虚血瘀络阻型不稳定型心绞痛并心衰,疗效显著,明显缩短心肌缺血时间,改善心功能,并有效降低血清hs-CRP、BNP水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in patients with unstable angina complicated by heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with unstable angina complicated by heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the observation group were given oral Tongxinluo capsules in addition to the treatment for the control group. The outcome of angina pectoris and electrocardiographic findings were compared between the two groups, and the serum levels of highsensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） were measured before and after treatment.Results The observation group had significantly better improvements in angina pectoris and electrocardiographic findings than the control group（P 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly shortened mean duration of myocardial ischemia（P〈0.05） and significant reductions in the serum levels of hs-CRP and BNP（P 0.05） after treatment. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules combined with conventional Western medicine treatment has a significant effect in patients with unstable angina（with the syndrome of qi deficiency, blood stasis, and collateral stagnation） complicated by heart failure and can significantly shorten the duration of myocardial ischemia and effectively reduce the serum levels of hs-CRP and BNP.
