广义虚拟经济视角下航空企业开放式创新研究

Open Innovation Research in Aviation Firms: A Generalized Virtual Economy Perspective

随着信息技术的蓬勃发展,航空企业创新也不再局限于组织内部,而是转向以网络和价值为中心的外部创新模式——开放式创新,即均衡协调企业内部和外部资源,积极寻找外部合资、技术特许、战略联盟、风险投资等商业途径,把创新思想迅速转变为产品和利润的分布式创新模式。近年来,在广义虚拟经济下的航空企业开放式创新已经成为业界和学界关注的焦点。基于此,本文从广义虚拟经济的视角出发,研究了我国航空企业开放式创新过程中经营状况和技术创新情况,并在从广义虚拟经济创新网络构建和商业模式创新两方面出发,为航空企业开放式创新提出了政策建议和实践指导。

With the rapid development of information technology, aviation enterprise innovation is no longer confined to the internal organization, but to the external innovation pattern of open innovation in network and value as the center, namely the balanced internal and external resources, actively looking for external joint ventures, technology licensing, strategic alliance, risk investment and other commercial channels, distributed innovation mode innovative ideas quickly into products and profits. In recent years, the open innovation of aviation enterprises under the generalized virtual economy has become the focus of the industry and academia. Based on this, this article from the perspective of generalized virtual economy, study the operation situation and the technological innovation of China＇s aviation enterprise open innovation process, and starting in two aspects from the construction of the generalized virtual economy innovation network and business model innovation, to open a new aviation enterprise puts forward policy suggestions and practical guidance.
