地方高校服务“文化强市”建设战略研究——以宁波大学为例

Research on Local Colleges and Universities Serve the “Strong Cultural City” Construction Strategies——Take Ningbo University as an Example

地方高校已逐步成为"文化强市"建设的主要力量,其优势体现在人才、智力、科研与技术支持、公共文化服务等方面。目前,校地共建缺乏政府主导和统筹规划,互动发展和文化引领都有待提高,需要进一步加强城市政府文化建设的主导作用,加强工作联动,高校需要在自身服务地方的能力和水平上下功夫,夯实校地合作的基础,构建互动提高、资源共享、合作发展的机制。

Local colleges and universities has gradually become the main force of the construction of ＂strong cultural city＂,its advantages reflect in talent,intelligence,scientific research and technical support,public cultural services,etc.,at present,the school and local build is short of government leading and overall planning,interactive development and culture leading,which should improve,we should further strengthen cultural construction of city government＇s leading role,strengthen work linkage,colleges and universities need to take pains for its service ability and level,strengthen the cooperation on the basis of school,to realize the mechanism of interactive increase,resource sharing and cooperation development.
