“三创”精神融入人才培养全过程的理论与实践探索——以吉林体育学院为例

On Theories and Practical Probes of Talent Training with the Spirit of “Three Creations”——A Case Study on Jilin Sport University

纵观改革开放30多年来我国经济、政治、文化、社会、生态等方面的建设与发展历史,我们总能发现,创新精神、创业行动与创优意识始终是推动国家不断发展的内在要求,始终是促进中华民族生生不息、奋发有为的不竭动力。本文以吉林体育学院将"创新、创业、创优"(简称"三创")精神融入人才培养全过程的实践为例,阐释了"三创"精神的内涵和价值所在,提出了推动"三创"精神在高校不断深入发展的对策。

Throughout the past 30 years of reform and opening up,we can find that the spirit of innovation,entrepreneurial action and consciousness of establishing excellent are the integral requirements to a constantly developing country and the driving forces to make the Chinese nation being born again and again. Jilin Sport University integrates the spirit of＂innovation,entrepreneurship,creating excellence＂（ or＂three creations＂）into the process of talent cultivation,interprets the connotation and value of the spirit of＂three creations＂,and put forward countermeasures to promote the spirit of＂three creations＂deep development in colleges and universities.
