基于实践社群的工业工程课程教学质量提升路径研究

摘要 工业工程是一门技术与管理的交叉学科,注重实践是工业工程课程的重要特征,而知识创新直接关系到工业工程课程的教学质量。本文区别于传统的正式知识交流,基于非正式的实践社群知识交流,构建了"实践社群-知识创新-教学质量"工业工程课程教学质量提升框架,具体从教师实践社群、学生实践社群和师生实践社群三个维度来研究实践社群,从知识扩散、知识重组和知识集聚三个视角分析知识创新,研究实践社群对工业工程课程知识创新的促进作用,进而探索工业工程课程教学质量提升的基本路径。 Industrial engineering is an interdisciplinary subject of technology and management. Highlighting practice teaching is an important feature of industrial engineering. Knowledge innovation is directly related to teaching quality of industrial engineering curriculum. Different from traditional formal knowledge exchange,the paper bases on Communities of Practice( Co Ps) knowledge flow and formulates " communities of practice-knowledge innovation-teaching quality" for teaching quality improvement path of industrial engineering curriculum. Specifically,the improvement path includes teacher Co Ps,student Co Ps and teacher-student Co Ps. It studies knowledge innovation from knowledge diffusion,knowledge reorganization and knowledge agglomeration.This paper studies the role of Co Ps in promoting the knowledge innovation of industrial engineering curriculum and then explores the ways and measures of improving teaching quality of industrial engineering course.
